Palm Grove incorporates modern adaptations through tracking progress to analyze your child's strengths and struggles, and offering tailored learning experiences that bear in mind what he or she will need moving onward to other learning environments.
Collaborative Learning and Social-Emotional Development
Emphasizing collaborative learning (even in groups larger than 2 which traditional Montessori prefers), for the purpose of developing social-emotional skillsets needed for the K-12 environment.
STEM and Technology Integration
Integrating STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) with hands-on learning while maintaining Montessori's emphasis on exploration, manipulation, and self-discovery, using modern technology (tablets, games, and robotics kits).
Cultural Awareness and Global Citizenship
In response to global interconnectedness, we emphasize cultural awareness, diversity, and global citizenship. Our themes include units on global sustainability, environmental stewardship, and international cooperation, with an emphasis on understanding the interconnectedness of people and the planet.
